Hi, I'm Marty Velasco 👋

I grew up struggling with confidence and self-esteem because of my weight. I know firsthand the frustration of yo-yo dieting, feeling stuck in an endless cycle of restriction, bingeing, and guilt. It felt like no matter what I tried, I was either all in or

totally off track—never finding a balance that actually worked.

After years of trying every diet out there, I finally discovered a simple, sustainable approach I call the F.I.T. Framework

—Flexible, Intentional, and Transformational eating. It’s not about deprivation or obsessing over every calorie. It’s about learning how to fuel your body, enjoy your favorite foods guilt-free, and finally break free from the all-or-nothing mindset.
